  • Maintaining account credentials security and confidential API keys.

7. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create and publish on WebOwnr. You grant WebOwnr a limited license to host and display your content to deliver the platform's services.
WebOwnr Content: All platform software, builder engines, original themes, and system logos belong exclusively to WebOwnr and are protected under international copyright law.

8. Refunds & Billing

Free Accounts: Standard site builder tiers remain free indefinitely with zero payment obligations.

Paid Subscriptions: Charged monthly or annually on a recurring cycle. You can cancel anytime inside your dashboard. Money-back guarantees apply within 7 days of initial subscription purchase.
